1. Data We Collect
We collect personal information necessary to build your games: names of celebrants, customized dialogues, headshot image files, and voice recordings. Online payment is not currently available. When it is enabled, card details will be handled by the selected payment provider and will not be stored on our servers.
2. How We Store Assets
Your uploaded assets (photos, audio files) are stored securely on encrypted private databases. Access is limited to template generation tools and quality control operators.
3. Game Link Privacy
Generated games use long random, unlisted paths (for example play.wasdgames.co/g/[random_slug]) and are excluded from search indexing. Anyone who receives a link can play and forward it, but the link does not provide access to the buyer's account, orders, or uploaded source files.
4. Optional Analytics
With your permission, we measure page visits and limited product actions—such as file handoff, game play, sharing, and revision requests—to understand how the website and order journey are used. These records contain the page category or action, time, and a temporary browser-session identifier. If you are signed in, an event may be associated with your account so our MFA-verified admin team can support your order journey. We do not record IP addresses, search queries, uploaded files, payment details, or order identifiers in these analytics records. You can decline analytics from the preference prompt.
