1. Licensing & Ownership
When purchasing a template, you receive a license to customize and host one instance of the game. The core game mechanics, game designs, sprites, and engine configurations remain the intellectual property of WASD Games.
2. Customization Limits
You agree to upload only family-friendly media assets. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments if the uploads violate guidelines.
3. Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not locked your uploads and initiated the compile process.
